"How to make sourdough the ADHD way."
1. "Mix your ingredients!" Items: sourdough starter. Flour, salt, and water.
2. "Stretch and fold! And another stretch and fold! And more stretches and-". Jo holds up some dough, stretching it up.
3. Jo, one hand up, index finger up: "Oh shoot! I haven't checked on Animal Crossing! I better play before I forget."
4. "Play Animal Crossing and lose track of time." Jo plays on her Nintendo Switch with a smile: "Oh heck yeah!"
5. ".. Wait, what time is it now? Uh, stare at the now overproofed dough." Jo holds a container of sourdough dough, its contents rising over the top of the container. She smiles sheepishly.
"Splash on oil and salt, and poke some dimples because you're making focaccia now!"
6. Tabby cat smiles at Jo as she holds a pan of sourdough focaccia with some oven mitts. Cat with a smile: "Focaccia again, eh?" Jo does not smile back.
