Refund policy
Returns
Returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer first. To be eligible for a return, please contact me first to start the return process at info@rainbowofcrazy.com.
The item must be unused and in the same original condition. It must be in the original packaging.
The following can not be refunded, unless it was damaged or had an error upon arrival:
- Personalized items
- Custom portraits
- Apparel
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent, which will include the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, then the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If the refund has not yet arrived, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card compan. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Items can only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send me an email at info@rainbowofcrazy.com
